Job Description

The Pokémon Company International is seeking a Campaign Product Manager to enhance player acquisition and retention in TCG Live. This role involves creating campaigns and designing tools to elevate the player experience. The Campaign Product Manager will partner with the creative team to align live service plans with game features and objectives. They will collaborate on campaign proposals, create creative briefs, and gather requirements for development timelines.

What this role involves:

  • Partnering with the creative team to align live service plans.
  • Collaborating on campaign proposals.
  • Creating campaign creative briefs and documentation.
  • Collecting requirements documents.
  • Understanding and utilizing KPIs to inform proposals.
  • Building partnerships with game design.
  • Working with brand and legal teams to maintain brand integrity.
  • Supporting the leadership team in defining the game’s business strategy.

Requirements:

  • Five (5) to seven (7) years of relevant professional experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience building in-game campaigns on a major mobile game or AAA title.
  • Exceptional data analysis skills.
  • Strong self-management and communication skills.
  • Ability to advocate for the player experience.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX and game design.
  • Experience with creative writing.
