Fusion Worldwide is seeking a Sales Account Executive to manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals. The role involves collaborating with the Purchasing and Business Development team across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial mindset, drive, trading experience (preferably in electronics), and the ability to qualify customers effectively. This is a high-pressure job with uncapped commissions.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Understand customer's business, including products, services, markets, and decision-making processes.
- Promote products and services with persuasive messaging.
- Qualify opportunities by identifying customer needs.
- Execute the entire sales process with urgency and accuracy.
- Monitor and track sales metrics to drive performance.
- Maintain detailed records of prospecting activity and sales opportunities in CRM.
- 2-5 years of experience in a B2B sales position.
- High-energy, smart, and persistent salesperson.
- Effective negotiator with excellent relationship-building skills.
- Record of success and achievement in prior sales position.
- Fluent in English.
