Mitsogo, the company behind Hexnode, is seeking a Senior Endpoint System Engineer to provide technical assistance and ensure client satisfaction. This role involves engaging with clients to understand their device management challenges, diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, and providing step-by-step guidance. The engineer will collaborate with internal teams, stay updated on industry trends, and provide product training. They will also document support issues and communicate effectively with customers. This role is crucial for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and influencing potential customers' perception of Hexnode.
Responsibilities include:
- Handling technical queries via calls, emails, and chat.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Providing step-by-step guidance and solutions to clients.
- Escalating complex issues to internal teams.
- Staying updated with the latest product features and industry trends.
- Providing product training.
- Documenting and tracking support issues.
- Communicating effectively with customers.
Requirements include:
- 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity with a focus on MDM, RMM, or Patch Management tools.
- Experience with deploying, configuring, and supporting MDM solutions.
- Strong understanding of security frameworks and protocols.
- Familiarity with RMM and Patch Management tools.
- Basic understanding of network security, endpoint protection, and IT infrastructure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- A team player mentality.
- BE or B-Tech in any branch.
