Job Description
Ramp Network is seeking a Financial Crime & Customer Operations Specialist for a 6-month contract. This hybrid role involves real-time financial crime monitoring and customer support, ensuring user safety and an outstanding experience. The role requires shift work, covering evening/night shifts within a 16–18-hour window, five days per week, including weekends. In-person training in the Warsaw office is required.
The role involves:
- Responding to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and social media.
- Troubleshooting customer issues related to onboarding and transactions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.
- Monitoring transactions and performing name screening for suspicious activities.
- Conducting Customer Due Diligence (CDD) checks.
- Identifying patterns in customer inquiries and alerts to improve product features.
- Documenting processes and customer interactions.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in customer support or compliance/monitoring.
- Strong communication skills in English (B2 level or higher).
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Passion for financial crime prevention and a customer-first approach.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Flexibility to work evening/night shifts and attend in-person training.
