Job Description

Ramp Network is seeking a Financial Crime & Customer Operations Specialist for a 6-month contract. This hybrid role involves real-time financial crime monitoring and customer support, ensuring user safety and an outstanding experience. The role requires shift work, covering evening/night shifts within a 16–18-hour window, five days per week, including weekends. In-person training in the Warsaw office is required.

The role involves:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and social media.
  • Troubleshooting customer issues related to onboarding and transactions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Monitoring transactions and performing name screening for suspicious activities.
  • Conducting Customer Due Diligence (CDD) checks.
  • Identifying patterns in customer inquiries and alerts to improve product features.
  • Documenting processes and customer interactions.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer support or compliance/monitoring.
  • Strong communication skills in English (B2 level or higher).
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Passion for financial crime prevention and a customer-first approach.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Flexibility to work evening/night shifts and attend in-person training.
