Blackbird Clinical Services is seeking a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) Therapist to join their team on a contract basis in Exton, PA. The therapist will provide high-quality direct care to children, adolescents, and their families, contributing to Blackbird's mission of transforming pediatric mental health care. Role Involves: - Leading individual therapy sessions for youth ages 2-26.
- Participating in consultations to enhance clinical skills and receive feedback.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals and families.
- Maintaining thorough patient records and documentation.
Requirements: - Independently licensed as an LSW in Pennsylvania.
- One year of experience working with children and adolescent patients.
- Own phone, computer, and high-speed internet.
- Commitment to a minimum of 5 hours per week during core hours (after 3pm Monday-Friday and 8am-7pm Weekends).
- Experienced clinician using evidence-based practices.
- Passionate about working with children, adolescents, young adults and their families.
- Skilled and experienced in facilitating virtual telehealth direct care.
- Comfortable using technology, including Google Suite, Electronic Medical Records systems and other virtual platforms.
- Excited to make an impact and driven by patient outcomes.
- Possess outstanding communication and documentation skills.
- Willing to go the extra mile when working with families, with the flexibility and willingness to reschedule with patients, if needed.
