Paid Social Strategist

Job Description

Power Digital, a tech-enabled growth firm, is seeking a creative and energetic Paid Social Strategist to join their team. This role is fully remote and based in Colombia. The Paid Social Strategist will be responsible for the performance, strategy, growth, and execution of paid social accounts, with a focus on TikTok and Meta Ads platforms. The ideal candidate will lead and execute paid social strategies to achieve business goals, optimize strategies for TikTok clients, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure best-in-class channel performance.Responsibilities:

• Full ownership and execution of performance marketing via paid social platforms.
• Lead execution of optimizations concerning performance improvements relative to goals.
• Strategic communication internally and externally for clients and client teams.
• Ownership of performance reporting and strategy communication.
• Operating as an effective member of the team for both department and account teams.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of digital marketing experience; agency experience is a plus.
• 1+ years of experience with Direct Response marketing, specifically in E-Commerce.
• 1+ years of experience with Meta Ads and TikTok ads for direct response campaigns.
• 1+ years of experience leading paid social strategy for direct response marketing efforts.
• 1+ years of experience with Google Analytics, Shopify.
• Excellent Excel and data analytics skills.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level.
