Job Description
WellPower is seeking a dedicated Day Treatment/Outpatient Therapist to join their team in Denver. This role primarily involves providing individual, family, and group therapy, case management, and milieu-based interventions, with a focus on Skyline Academy, an intensive facility school/day treatment program for students aged 6 to 14. The therapist will also provide supplemental outpatient therapy for children, families, and caregivers across the lifespan, as capacity allows. WellPower is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing individual, group, and family therapy to assigned students and outpatient cases.
- Developing treatment plans and monitoring progress.
- Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
- Maintaining accurate clinical records.
- Providing behavior coaching and crisis support.
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in psychology, social work, or a related field.
- Licensed or license-eligible (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist).
- Experience working with children or adolescents with specific learning or behavioral needs.
- Experience in mental health or human services preferred.
