Group Product Manager (API Platform)

Job Description

Workato is seeking a Group Product Manager to define and execute the strategy for its API Platform. This role involves establishing Workato as the enterprise leader in API Management by building a unified platform that supports the entire API lifecycle. The Group Product Manager will collaborate with engineering, UX, and GTM teams to ensure seamless feature adoption and inspire confidence in Workato as an innovative leader.Responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing the product strategy for a unified API Platform.
• Defining and prioritizing the roadmap to lead the Full Lifecycle API Management market.
• Delivering the best experience for API Platform owners, developers, and consumers.
• Leveraging AI to enhance API discovery and adoption.
• Building API management capabilities into the core platform.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of product management experience in SaaS or B2B environments, specializing in API management products.
• Deep expertise in API Gateway, API Management, Developer Portals and API Lifecycle, and API Federation.
• Experience integrating AI/ML-driven insights into API monitoring and discovery.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
