Critical Mass is seeking an Associate Creative Director, Copy, to bring a creative voice and strategic thinking to projects. The ideal candidate will have a diverse array of experiences, from conceptual development to client relations to the execution of creative deliverables. This role involves creating and communicating concepts, digging into marketing and social platform strategies, and developing interactive solutions to deliver excellent digital and social experiences.Critical Mass expects their team to work from an office a minimum of 3 days a week.
Responsibilities: - Demonstrates knowledge of brand and industry via concept, copy, and execution.
- Ideates and executes on deliverables for social, digital, video, experiences, and content.
- Crafts campaign ideas for client projects that are digital-first and social by design.
- Builds and guides the creative team around account needs and vision.
- Prepares and presents creative ideas to stakeholders.
- Partners with multidisciplinary teams to ensure clear project tasks and timelines.
- Provides team mentorship and constructive feedback.
- Manages multiple projects simultaneously.
- Works with production partners to complete projects on time.
- Improves creative department methods and best practices.
- Promotes a culture of excellence and accountability.
Requirements: - 6+ years of copy experience.
- Exceptional writing skills for diverse projects and audiences.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Aptitude for quick, creative thinking with attention to detail.
- Understanding of social trends and digital opportunities.
- Experience with brainstorming, campaign development, and creative execution.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of the distinction between creative expression and commercial reality.
