Job Description
Smartsheet is seeking a Director of GTM Operations to serve as a strategic partner to the North America sales leadership team. This role involves leading regional GTM strategy, business operations, and analytics, ensuring alignment between sales, marketing, and revenue operations. The Director will connect local needs with company-wide objectives, enable data-driven decisions, and deliver operational excellence.
Role involves:
- Driving cross-functional GTM initiatives and operational execution.
- Leading regional business planning and quarterly business reviews.
- Delivering actionable insights and strategic reporting.
- Coordinating between regional teams and central GTM functions.
- Orchestrating analytics efforts for revenue strategy and sales performance.
- Developing analytical frameworks to measure Sales performance.
- Managing and mentoring analysts.
Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience in GTM strategy, sales operations, or business analytics.
- 8+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven success leading teams and mentoring talent.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Deep understanding of market dynamics and customer segmentation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in tools like Tableau, Snowflake, and Salesforce.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and travel periodically (up to 10%).
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
