Tekion is seeking a Senior Technical Documentation Specialist to join their team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be passionate about crafting clear, concise, and comprehensive content that helps customers understand and maximize the value of Tekion's products. This role involves working independently to develop product documentation, collaborating with product managers and engineers, and ensuring the accuracy and relevance of existing documentation.Tekion is a company that is disrupting the automotive industry with its cloud-native platform. • Develop comprehensive product documentation.
• Collaborate with product managers and product experts.
• Create developer API documentation.
• Capture use cases and document them using diagrams.
• Conduct regular reviews and quality assurance checks.
• Plan and manage multiple documentation projects.
• Organize information effectively.
• Review published content to meet Tekion standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technical Communication, or a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably in a SaaS company.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of APIs, SDKs, Webhooks, Open Authentication, and web-app concepts.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent writing and editing skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and meet deadlines.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and products.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Zeal to learn with a growth mindset.
