Job Description
EarnIn is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead Early Pay and EarnIn Card lifecycle marketing efforts. This role focuses on driving awareness, adoption, and engagement of these products through owned channels. The Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager will collaborate with product marketing, product, analytics, and creative partners to develop and execute marketing programs that showcase the value of these products to community members.Role involves:
  • Partnering with Product Marketing to create messaging strategy.
  • Developing channel plans across owned channels (email, SMS, push, in-app).
  • Managing end-to-end creation of targeted campaigns in Braze.
  • Analyzing customer data to segment audiences and personalize messaging.
  • Developing testing plans to optimize communications.
  • Writing detailed briefs for creative and technical specs.
  • Identifying and executing new opportunities for incremental value.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 years leading multi-channel LCM/CRM marketing initiatives.
  • Minimum 2 years working on mobile app marketing.
  • Experience in financial services or regulated industries (card experience preferred).
  • Examples of iterative testing and optimization using A/B and/or multivariate testing.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and a data-centric mindset.
  • Proficiency in analytical tools (Tableau, Google Analytics, Looker, Periscope, etc.).
  • Comfortable writing briefs and working with creative teams.
  • Complete understanding of lifecycle marketing stages and journey mapping.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (SFMC, Braze, Iterable, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of best practices and global compliance regulations.
  • Inquisitive and customer-centric approach.
  • Strong attention to detail.
