Job Description
InMobi is seeking a Lead - Revenue Strategy to join their team in Bangalore, India. This role will report to the Head of Revenue Strategy & Operations - InMobi Ads and will be pivotal in driving and optimizing end-to-end revenue strategy for the Glance Ads business unit. The ideal candidate will collaborate across sales, marketing, customer success, product, and finance to ensure alignment on metrics, workflows, and AI-driven tools that fuel sustainable revenue growth. This role demands strategic thinking, process leadership, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams toward common goals.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or Master’s) is a plus.
  • 3–5+ years of progressive responsibility in revenue strategy & operations, business strategy, consulting, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of process improvement, revenue optimization, or cross-functional program leadership.
  • Deep familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot), and BI tools (Excel, Tableau, Looker).
  • Hands-on experience with AI or ML tools for forecasting, data integrity, and analytics is strongly preferred.
