Job Description
InMobi Group is seeking a Manager for the People Team, focusing on Mergers & Acquisitions. This role will be based in Bangalore. The Manager will lead global M&A activities, representing the People Team and acting as the single point of contact across internal and external stakeholders during pre-deal, due diligence, and post-close integration phases.Responsibilities include:
  • Acting as the People Team's single point of contact for all M&A transactions.
  • Leading HR due diligence, assessing cultural and organizational alignment.
  • Designing and driving end-to-end people integration strategy.
  • Liaising cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, IT, and external advisors.
  • Maintaining standardized processes and documentation for People-related M&A activities.
Requirements include:
  • 7–12 years of relevant experience, with 3–5 years in a consulting/M&A advisory environment.
  • Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end HR scope of Global M&A transactions.
  • Strong understanding of global employment practices and integration complexities.
  • Exceptional program/project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
