Job Description

Envoy is seeking an Inbound Business Development Representative to manage a high volume of inbound leads and convert them into qualified opportunities for Account Executives. This is a hybrid position based in San Francisco, CA, requiring at least 4 days a week in the office.

The Inbound BDR will play a crucial role in driving Envoy's sales efforts by engaging with potential customers and showcasing the value of Envoy's workplace platform. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills, along with a strong desire to build a sales career.

Role Involves:

  • Engaging and qualifying a high volume of inbound leads.
  • Generating qualified opportunities for Account Executives.
  • Gaining a strong knowledge of Envoy’s products.
  • Creating and spearheading adoption of new team processes.
  • Engaging in team development and mentoring.
  • Working with Marketing, Product, and Customer Support and Success teams.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of post-grad work experience (preferably in technology).
  • High sense of integrity.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Superb written and spoken communication skills.
  • A keen sense of organization and autonomy.
  • Intellectual curiosity and ambition.
  • Desire to build foundational sales skills.
  • Enthusiasm about working in and learning more about the technology industry.
