Job Description
Capco is seeking a Logistics Analyst to join their team in Rio de Janeiro. The Analyst will be responsible for supervising and guiding the creation/release of RT’s for people and cargo, preparing Passenger and Cargo Transport Requisitions (RT), monitoring the entire flow, and registering service stages in the systems. They will also guide and supervise legal and regulatory requirements related to the workforce.
Role Involves:
- Supervising and guiding the creation/release of RT’s for people and cargo.
- Preparing Passenger and Cargo Transport Requisitions (RT).
- Monitoring the entire flow and registering service stages in the systems.
- Guiding and supervising legal and regulatory requirements related to the workforce.
- Coordinating the receipt, storage, stock control, and dispatch of goods, materials, equipment, and other cargo.
- Managing and controlling materials, deadlines, invoices, and locations of origin, destination, and storage.
- Managing and controlling chemical products in a specific area or facility.
- Preparing inventory reports, maintaining updated records, and collaborating in identifying potential risks associated with the inventory of chemical products.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Routine Management, Process Management, or related areas.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics Technology or related fields.
