Capco is seeking an Operations Analyst to join their team in Rio de Janeiro. This role is hybrid, requiring a blend of remote and on-site work. The Analyst will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to operational management and support.

Role Involves:

• Managing user access profiles and requests.
• Supervising resource control and optimization across departments.
• Managing organized and specific archives, ensuring documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
• Managing the scheduling of meetings and appointments for management and leadership.
• Managing costs and expenses for the technical team, including travel reimbursements and accommodation.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in areas such as Business Management, Strategic Management, Results Management, Agile Management, or Process Management.
• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Accounting, Law, Economics, Information Technology Analysis, Information Technology Management, or related fields.
