Capco is seeking an Operations Analyst to join their team in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. This role is hybrid, requiring both remote and on-site work. The Analyst will be responsible for supporting various operational and management activities within the company.

Responsibilities:

• Administering systems and tools for process management.
• Analyzing and maintaining project structures.
• Supporting planning, control, and management activities.
• Developing and updating processes and reports.
• Assisting with contract management and internal processes.
• Supporting data collection and processing for machine learning.
• Consolidating cash flow forecasts.
• Researching and consolidating information for reports and documents.
• Supporting cost recovery processes.
• Supporting internal and external audits.
• Supporting the planning and control of local content.
• Supporting the development of performance indicators.
• Supporting the development of automated reports.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in business management, strategic management, or related areas.
• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Accounting, Law, Economics, Information Technology Analysis, or related fields.
• Experience with SAP modules PM, MM, and OS.
