Job Description
Capco is seeking an Operations Analyst to join their team in Rio de Janeiro. This role is hybrid, requiring both remote and on-site work. The Analyst will be responsible for supporting the governance of resource allocation, assisting with internal and external audits, and aiding in the management of submarine projects.
Role Involves:
- Supporting the governance of resource allocation management.
- Supporting internal, external, and Consortium partner audits.
- Supporting the management of submarine projects, including critical analysis and monitoring of planning and physical progress.
- Supporting the planning of future resource allocation projections.
- Updating the Physical-Financial Panel and Report of projects, comparing approved budget values with realized values.
- Updating the Contracting Panel weekly.
- Developing panels for managerial monitoring of indicators.
- Preparing files for presentations in internal and external meetings.
- Conducting critical analyses of resource allocations in relation to the physical and financial indicators of each project.
- Conducting critical analyses of project schedules, including supplier schedules.
- Conducting managerial presentations of resource allocation.
- Reporting the consolidated resource allocation situation to project manager teams monthly.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in related specialties.
- Proficiency in MS Project and Primavera software.
- Intermediate level of English.
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Accounting, Law, Economics, Information Technology Analysis, or related fields.
