Job Description

Capco is seeking a Senior Operations Analyst to join their team in Rio de Janeiro. This role is hybrid, requiring both remote and on-site work. The Senior Operations Analyst will be responsible for guiding, supervising, and reviewing the execution of operational activities and tasks related to the structuring, management, and monitoring of action plans. They will also be involved in the critical analysis of complex problems involving digital transformation, proposing solutions, and implementing improvements in standards and processes.

Role Involves:

• Orienting, supervising, and reviewing the execution of operational activities.
• Analyzing complex problems related to digital transformation.
• Proposing solutions and implementing improvements in standards and processes.
• Exploring data with application of mathematical models, statistical analysis, algorithms, and artificial intelligence.
• Developing dynamic reports using BI tools, VBA, Access, Spotfire, Script, Broadcast, database concepts, and Excel advanced.
• Transforming data analysis into visual representations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in the area.
• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Accounting, Law, Economics, Information Technology Analysis, Information Technology Administrator, or other related areas.
• Post-graduation with a minimum of 360 hours in Business Intelligence (BI), Data Science, Big Data, Visual Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or other related areas.
