Job Description

Capco is seeking a Senior Operations Analyst to join their team in Rio de Janeiro. This role is hybrid, requiring both remote and on-site work.

The role involves:

• Guiding and reviewing the execution of operational activities related to structuring, managing, and monitoring action plans.
• Critically analyzing complex problems involving projects, proposing solutions, and implementing improvements in standards and processes.
• Analyzing projects to assess resources, organization, actions, and deadlines in operational aspects.
• Recommending execution strategies and technologies, optimizing scope and duration, and promoting new technologies and best practices.
• Analyzing the development, management, control, revisions, and monitoring of project demands.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in the area.
• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Accounting, Law, Economics, Information Technology Analysis, or related fields.
• Post-graduation with a minimum of 360 hours in Project Management or related areas.
