Job Description

Capco is seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer for a hybrid role based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The developer will be responsible for high-complexity tasks, guiding operational activities related to structuring, managing, and monitoring action plans. They will critically analyze complex problems involving digital transformation, propose solutions, and implement improvements in standards and processes.

The role involves directly assisting in data exploration using mathematical models, statistical methods, algorithms, and artificial intelligence to identify consistent patterns, relationships, and correlations. The developer will also be responsible for creating dynamic reports using BI tools, VBA, Access, Spotfire, Script, Broadcast, database concepts, and advanced Excel skills. Transforming data analysis into visual representations such as graphs and diagrams is also a key aspect of the role.

Role Involves:

• Structuring, managing, and monitoring action plans.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and frameworks like React.js or Vue.js.
• Experience building responsive and accessible interfaces with good UX/UI practices.
• Knowledge of CSS pre-processors (SASS, LESS) and frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
• Experience with architectural patterns like MVP, MVC, and Clean Architecture.
• Implementation of RESTful APIs and familiarity with GraphQL.
• Knowledge of ORMs (SQLAlchemy, Django ORM).
• Advanced automated testing practices (unit, integration, end-to-end).
• Proficiency in Python with advanced experience in Django and FastAPI.
• Knowledge of microservices construction and consumption.
• Experience in asynchronous programming and multithreading in Python.
• Application of design patterns for clean and scalable code.
• Mastery of PostgreSQL and SQL, including data modeling, query optimization, and indexing.
• Experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
• Familiarity with ETL and data pipelines.
• Experience with Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI (desirable).
• Experience in Scrum, Kanban, and DevOps (desirable).
• Advanced knowledge in CI/CD using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD (desirable).
• Automation of deploys in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) using Docker and Kubernetes (desirable).
• Knowledge in Data Analytics and Machine Learning (desirable).
