Job Description
Capco is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join their team in Rio de Janeiro. This role is hybrid, requiring both remote and on-site work. The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for various tasks related to subsea and well engineering, including generating planning, monitoring, and due diligence reports for the progress of subsea and well inspection campaigns. They will also be responsible for issuing planning, monitoring, and due diligence reports for the execution of Technical Inspection Recommendations from Subsea and Well Engineering for projects.
    Role involves:
  • Issuing planning, monitoring, and due diligence reports on the progress of subsea and well inspection campaigns.
  • Issuing planning, monitoring, and due diligence reports for the execution of Technical Inspection Recommendations from Subsea and Well Engineering for projects.
  • Opening, monitoring, and closing SAP notes for subsea and well engineering with other departments.
  • Structuring SAP for the subsea and well equipment tree.
  • Issuing planning, monitoring, and due diligence reports for verification and monitoring plans for Mero wells in Wellsom and other systems.
  • Issuing monitoring reports for well integrity management during the production and temporary abandonment phase.
    Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance, subsea engineering, well engineering, or a degree in Petroleum Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Advanced level of English.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or other related fields validated by contractual management.
