Capco is seeking a Nutricionista Coordenação to join their team. This role is based in Santos, SP, Brazil, and offers a hybrid work arrangement.

The Nutricionista Coordenação will be responsible for:

  • Technical leadership of nutritionist teams in offshore and onshore environments.
  • Developing and managing work schedules.
  • Analyzing and monitoring Sanitary Risk Indicators.
  • Strategic management of Sanitary Risk in offshore units.
  • Developing and standardizing procedures and process flows.
  • Participating in the mobilization of maritime hotel contracts.
  • Implementing technological solutions to reduce Sanitary Risk.
  • Creating and structuring Learning Paths for team training.
  • Providing technical support in audits, sanitary inspections, and incident investigations.
  • Acting as a focal point for contract oversight.

Requirements for this role include:

  • Experience in quality control and management in food services.
  • Postgraduate degree in related field.
  • Active CRN.
  • Availability to work on a 6x6 scale in Santos - SP, or Home Office depending on the location.
  • Availability for occasional shipments: on-call regime
