Job Description
Lucid Motors is seeking a Staff Salesforce Developer to lead the growth of their Salesforce environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and implementation of solutions within the Salesforce instance. This role involves collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Service, Finance, and Data Engineering leaders to translate business needs into efficient solutions. The Staff Salesforce Developer will also pioneer the systems strategy and create a vision for optimizing the Salesforce environment for rapid growth.Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, test, and implement Salesforce solutions.
  • Collaborate with various teams to translate business needs into efficient solutions.
  • Pioneer systems strategy and optimize the Salesforce environment.
Requirements:
  • Good knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Trigger, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, CSS, SOQL/SOSL, API, Force.com.
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community, as the Force.com.
  • Experience in enterprise-level Salesforce projects using both waterfall and agile software development methodologies.
  • Experience in Salesforce configuration, including flows, validation rules, and security controls.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with different business systems, as well as working with integration tools (ETL, marketing automation, reporting, etc.).
  • Experience with single-org deployments and multi-org consolidations.
  • Solid understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies.
  • Manufacturing company experience.
  • Domestic and international implementation experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field is required or Master’s degree is required.
  • Proven experience in design, development, and implementation of Salesforce.com solutions spanning Sales, Marketing, Services and Customer support is preferred in Manufacturing domain.
  • Expertise in designing and implementing the solution in Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Previous experience in implementing solutions in FSL,Scheduling, WorkOrder management, Warranty, Service Contracts, Parts Catalog and inventory management.
  • 8+ years of software development experience in designing complex, enterprise-wide business solutions.
  • 5+ years of Salesforce Development experience in Service Cloud.
  • Minimum 3+ year hands-on experience in designing and building 3rd party system integrations with Salesforce.
  • Technical ownership of projects and managing resources.
  • Good oral and written communication skills with excellent collaborations skills.
  • Must be able to work on-site at least 3 days a week and work flexible hours to collaborate with Global IT and business team members.
  • Experience and knowledge of Salesforce.com and external integrations using Workato or other middleware technologies.
