Job Description

Capco is seeking a Logistics Technician for a hybrid role in Rio de Janeiro. The candidate will be responsible for technical and operational tasks related to the creation/release of RTs for people and cargo, preparation of Passenger and Cargo Transport Requisitions (RT), and promoting due diligence (monitoring and tracking the entire flow) and registering service stages in the systems.

Role Involves:

• Creating/releasing RTs for people and cargo.
• Preparing Passenger and Cargo Transport Requisitions (RT).
• Monitoring and tracking the entire flow of RTs.
• Registering service stages in the systems.
• Controlling legal and regulatory requirements linked to the workforce.
• Coordinating the receipt, storage, stock control, and dispatch of goods, materials, equipment, and other cargo.
• Managing and controlling materials, deadlines, invoices, and locations of origin, destination, and storage.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Routine Management, Process Management, or related areas.
• Technical course in logistics or related areas, with a certificate issued by an educational institution recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC).
• Regular registration in the respective supervisory body for the exercise of professional activity.
