Job Description
Whalar is seeking a Manager, Client Services to oversee the end-to-end delivery of influencer and creator campaigns. This role involves managing daily operations, including budgeting, timelines, and cross-functional coordination. The Manager will support the team in sourcing talent, handling contracts, creating briefs, and ensuring smooth campaign execution. They will also mentor a Campaign Executive and participate in internal and client-facing meetings, providing strategic insight.
Responsibilities: - Project manage and direct day-to-day campaign operations.
- Lead calls with creators and clients.
- Manage communications with creators for multiple campaigns.
- Actively participate in internal and external meetings.
Requirements: - 4-5+ years’ agency or brand experience, including team management.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in executing paid creator marketing initiatives.
- Passion for gaming and familiarity with creators in this space.
- Solid understanding of the social media advertising ecosystem.
