Job Description
Whalar is seeking a Manager, Client Services to oversee the end-to-end delivery of influencer and creator campaigns. This role involves managing daily operations, including budgeting, timelines, and cross-functional coordination. The Manager will support the team in sourcing talent, handling contracts, creating briefs, and ensuring smooth campaign execution. They will also mentor a Campaign Executive and participate in internal and client-facing meetings, providing strategic insight.

Responsibilities:
  • Project manage and direct day-to-day campaign operations.
  • Lead calls with creators and clients.
  • Manage communications with creators for multiple campaigns.
  • Actively participate in internal and external meetings.

Requirements:
  • 4-5+ years’ agency or brand experience, including team management.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in executing paid creator marketing initiatives.
  • Passion for gaming and familiarity with creators in this space.
  • Solid understanding of the social media advertising ecosystem.
