Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow a book of business by helping small businesses succeed. The role involves becoming a digital marketing expert and developing a consultative sales approach to build long-term client relationships. The representative will work within a wide variety of industries, making each day different, and will have the opportunity to have fun, work hard, and celebrate wins with their local team.

To be successful in this role, candidates should have a refuse-to-lose attitude, grit, and relentless perseverance. They should be self-starters with the ability to stick with an outlined successful, proven model, and have a crave for ongoing learning. Quick-wittedness, adaptability, strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and relationship-building abilities are also essential. 1-2 years of sales experience OR experience/internships in Retail, Business Development, Teaching, Healthcare, Management, Military background, or Self-employed
