Manager - Data Scientist

Innovaccer is looking for a Manager, Data Science to lead the development of AI-driven healthcare solutions. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in NLP and Generative AI, with a focus on designing and implementing advanced language models. This role requires a deep understanding of healthcare data and the ability to extract insights and automate workflows.

This person will lead a team and define the AI/ML roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align initiatives with company objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Build, mentor, and manage a team of data scientists and machine learning engineers.
• Define and execute the AI/ML roadmap.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Define technical architecture to productize machine-learning algorithms.

Requirements:

• Masters in Computer Science or related field (PhD Preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in Data Science (healthcare experience preferred).
• Experience with deep learning techniques and GenAI pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with ML platforms like Databricks, Azure ML, or Sagemaker.
• Strong communication skills.
