Softermii is seeking a Customer Support and Payment Agent to join the SweepLuxe team. The ideal candidate will specialize in customer support, risk, fraud, and payments within the iGaming industry. This role involves assisting players, resolving inquiries, managing payments, and ensuring a seamless gaming experience. Softermii is an outsourcing/outstaffing company with over 8 years of experience and a team of 120+ specialists across 6 countries.
- Providing daily support to players via chat, email, and phone.
- Troubleshooting player issues and collaborating with internal teams.
- Delivering accurate information about products and services.
- Collaborating with other teams to provide promotional offers.
- Following up to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Documenting customer interactions in the internal system.
- Collecting player feedback for product improvement.
- Assisting with customer onboarding and KYC document verification.
- Processing customer payments and resolving related issues.
- Conducting customer profile research.
- 2+ years of customer support and payment experience in iGaming.
- Proven experience in customer support in iGaming.
- Experience with tools like Talktwo and Sumsub.
- Experience with customer payment requests.
- Fluent in English.
