Senior Product Analyst

Shakepay is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to join their product and design team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about product analytics and transforming data into actionable strategies. This role will be instrumental in shaping the future of Shakepay's products and driving informed decision-making.

What this role involves:

• Working closely with product managers to create insights and recommendations.
• Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design experiments and validate hypotheses.
• Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Contributing to the prioritization of product features and roadmaps.
• Collaborating with the data team to improve internal data processes.
• Conducting ad hoc investigations and making evidence-based recommendations.
• Driving adoption of product analytics and BI tools.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Analyst or similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with cross-functional teams.
• Strong product sense and understanding of experimentation and A/B testing.
• Foundational Python skills (e.g., Pandas).
• Solid understanding of dashboarding and data visualization tools (Preset and Metabase).
