Job Description

Spread Group is seeking a User Experience Researcher to join their UX team. The researcher will collaborate with experienced researchers, UX Designers, and a team lead to translate user insights into actionable outcomes. This role offers the opportunity to shape the research practice and influence how user experience is embedded in future product structures.

The role involves:

  • Planning and conducting user research studies (interviews, usability tests, surveys, A/B tests).
  • Collaborating with the research team and UX roles to define research goals.
  • Delivering actionable insights for tactical validation and strategic development.
  • Synthesizing data from user feedback, analytics, and business insights.
  • Shaping research operations and documentation practices.
  • Presenting findings to UX peers and business stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Substantial hands-on experience in user research (e-commerce, SaaS, or consumer-facing).
  • Academic background in Psychology, Social Sciences, or related fields (plus).
  • Pragmatic, scientific mindset.
  • Flexibility and resilience.
  • Experience in dynamic, transforming organizations.
  • Experience with research methods (usability testing, surveys, interviews, data analysis).
  • Familiarity with tools like UserTesting, UserZoom, Hotjar, Dovetail, SurveyMonkey, JIRA, Confluence.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus.
