Job Description
Lucid Motors is seeking a Staff Salesforce Developer to lead the growth of their Salesforce environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and implementation of solutions in Lucid's Salesforce instance. This role involves collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Service, Finance, and Data Engineering leaders to translate business needs into efficient solutions.

Role involves:
  • Designing, developing, testing, and implementing solutions in Salesforce
  • Collaborating with various teams to translate business needs
  • Pioneering systems strategy and optimizing the Salesforce environment

Requirements:
  • Good knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Trigger, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, CSS, SOQL/SOSL, API, Force.com
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce product suite
  • Experience in enterprise-level Salesforce projects using both waterfall and agile methodologies
  • Experience in Salesforce configuration, including flows, validation rules, and security controls
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with different business systems
  • Experience with single-org deployments and multi-org consolidations
  • Solid understanding of environment management, release management, and code versioning best practices
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • 8+ years of software development experience
  • 5+ years of Salesforce Development experience in Service Cloud
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in designing and building 3rd party system integrations with Salesforce
  • Must be able to work on-site at least 3 days a week and work flexible hours
