Job Description
TheFork is seeking a London Field Sales Manager to lead and develop a team of field sales representatives. This role involves hiring, coaching, and managing the sales team responsible for acquiring new restaurants for TheFork network. The Field Sales Manager will collaborate with leadership to define and execute the London regional strategy, aiming to make London the top-performing city. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality tech/SaaS, with at least 3 years of management experience and a solid understanding of restaurant pain points.
- Ensure consistent achievement of team targets.
- Identify new business opportunities.
- Drive, develop, monitor, and train the field sales team.
- Analyze market trends and restaurant needs.
- Attend meetings in the field to understand challenges.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and marketing managers.
- Present team results and strategies to senior management.
- Work with the Customer Success Manager for seamless onboarding.
- Experienced sales manager with 3+ years of people management.
- Business development experience in B2B and hospitality environments.
- Customer-oriented with strong commercial mindset and influencing skills.
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of Excel.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of Salesforce is an advantage.
