Human Resources Associate

Job Description

Spaulding Ridge is seeking a Human Resources Associate to join their team in Manila. This role is a key member of the global HR team, supporting a fast-growing region. The HR Associate will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver the HR agenda and support the firm's commercial needs.

Responsibilities:

• Design and improve the employee lifecycle plan.
• Understand HR policies and labor law.
• Maintain HR information systems.
• Collaborate on HR projects and initiatives.
• Plan and administer employee programs.
• Organize meetings and company events.
• Advise on people matters.
• Support the global HR team on local initiatives.
• Oversee office facilities and supplies.
• Analyze data and employee morale.
• Manage employee engagement programs.
• Foster teamwork and a positive work environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• At least three years of HR experience.
• Employment law knowledge.
• Proactive and flexible approach.
• Ability to manage confidential information.
• Strong excel, PowerPoint and word skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to support groups in a hybrid / remote work environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
