Job Description
The Student Hotel is seeking a Project Manager - Stay Operations Intern to support room operations across all hubs, reporting to the Stay Operations Manager. The intern will work on stay-related projects focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving operational efficiency, profitability, and guest satisfaction. The Student Hotel is known for its fun, creative, and inspiring environment, offering a hybrid hospitality concept with student accommodation, long and short stay options, gyms, events, and coworking spaces.Role involves:
  • Supporting the Director of Stay and Stay Operations Manager in overseeing day-to-day room operations.
  • Auditing compliance to TSH standards across all Stay products.
  • Monitoring guest feedback and market demands to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Supporting the implementation of technology solutions.
Requirements:
  • Currently studying a relevant bachelor’s in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • Detail-oriented and organised.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Adaptable and flexible.
  • Currently enrolled in a European University.
