Capgemini Invent is seeking an (Associate) Consultant (m/f/d) for Program & Change Acceleration. The role involves the conception, design, and implementation of innovative concepts and strategies in areas such as Workforce Transformation, New Work, Agile Organizations & Organizational Transformation. The consultant will also contribute to planning and implementing change formats and advancing digital change management.

Role Involves:

  • Conceiving and designing innovative concepts and strategies.
  • Planning and implementing change formats (e.g., trainings, workshops).
  • Actively contributing to the development of services and driving innovation.

Requirements:

  • First practical experience in digital transformation within focus industries.
  • Initial experience in Change Management, organizational development, or change communication.
  • Excellent degree in economics, technology, or information technology.
  • Certifications (e.g., Scrum Master, SAFe, Design Thinking, Coaching) are advantageous.
  • For Employee Experience & Digital HR: Experience with HR topics and knowledge in HR strategy, HR organization.
  • Affinity for digital technologies at the interface between HR and IT.
  • Reliability, proactivity, team spirit, and fit for a leading management consultancy.
  • Excellent presentation and moderation skills, as well as very good MS Office skills.
  • Excellent German and English skills.
  • Willingness to travel.
