Capgemini Invent is seeking a Senior Consultant/Manager for Program & Change Acceleration. This role involves shaping the future through innovative projects, global teams, and digital know-how. The candidate will work closely with clients to develop forward-looking solutions, informed by science and data, and enhanced by creativity and design.
Role Involves:
- Conception and implementation of innovative and sustainable change management strategies.
- Support of technology-, organization- or culture-driven transformation projects.
- Program management and control of multi-tower projects.
- Taking over (sub-) project and program management in a national and international environment.
- Design and implementation of training measures, workshops and communication formats.
- Active participation in the further development of services and the advancement of innovations and agile transformation projects.
Requirements:
- Several years of practical project and/or consulting experience in digital transformation and change management.
- Initial responsibility as (sub-) project manager for complex transformation projects and programs.
- Enjoyment of combining technological understanding, strategic analysis and implementation work.
- An outstanding degree with an economic or psychological focus.
- Certificates/further training (e.g. PROSCI, Scrum Master, SAFe, project management, Design Thinking, Coaching) are an advantage.
- High reliability, team spirit and fit for a leading global management consultancy.
- Excellent presentation and moderation skills as well as very good MS Office skills.
- Excellent German and English skills.
- Basic willingness to travel.
