Job Description
Armis is seeking a Technical Customer Success Manager (T.CSM) to serve as the key focal point for top customers, driving customer success. The T.CSM will work intimately with customers as a trusted advisor, leveraging expertise in customer needs, operational workflows, and product know-how. This role guides customers in the successful adoption and operationalization of the Armis platform, ensuring maximum value realization within all levels of the organization. The T.CSM team at Armis is highly team-oriented, believing that strategies yielding account success in one area can be utilized to replicate success elsewhere.

Role involves:
  • Driving Armis adoption and implementation plans for platinum-level customers.
  • Understanding how customers utilize the Armis platform and recommending additional features.
  • Building trusted relationships with technical users and managing stakeholders.
  • Ensuring customer deployment and configuration align with business use cases.
  • Maintaining knowledge of 3rd Party solutions and integrations with the Armis platform.
  • Providing technical subject matter expertise.
  • Collaborating with Engineering, Product, Support, and Sales teams.

Requirements:
  • B.S in IT, IS, CS, MIS, (or equivalent degree) and/or relevant industry qualifications (CISSP, Security +,CEH) desired
  • 2+ years TAM /Customer Success Manager Federal Sector experience
  • 5+ years experience in a network engineering, architecture, support, or network design capacity
  • 5+ years of experience in service delivery or account management in a post and/or pre sales environment
  • Strong formal presentation and effective communication skills.
  • 3+ years experience working in Security/IT/Healthcare/ICT environment
  • Familiarity with network protocols seen in either biomedical, OT/ICS, or corporate IT settings
