Assistant Creative Service Manager

Job Description

OLIVER, a part of The Brandtech Group, is seeking an Assistant Creative Service Manager in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This role involves collaborating with clients to develop effective content and digital media campaigns. The ideal candidate will manage the trafficking workflow for the onsite studio and act as the decision-maker for work distribution within the agency. They will also be responsible for learning financial and commercial controlling systems and preparing monthly and quarterly reports.Role involves:

• Managing paperwork, documents, and vendor forms
• Overseeing the trafficking workflow for the onsite studio
• Learning systems for financial and commercial controlling management
• Documenting the triage process for the whole site studio
• Preparing monthly and quarterly reports on assets

Requirements:

• Experience working with offshore third parties
• Knowledge of cross-platform assets
• Excellent communication skills and familiarity with online/digital assets
• Patient and meticulous with numbers, Excel, paperwork, and systems
• Competency in paperwork management
• Passion for and curiosity about AI and new technologies
