OLIVER, a part of The Brandtech Group, is seeking a Social Media Manager to manage social networks for a top FMCG client in Mumbai, India. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience working with digital and social agencies and excel in producing engaging and creative social media and digital work across planning, strategy, and media. An editorial background and creative skills such as Photoshop would be an advantage.

Role Involves:

  • Managing content for the brand across social, e-comm, and website.
  • Curating copy for the brand's social media handles.
  • Growing the brand’s social media and YT follower base.
  • Repurposing existing content for different uses.
  • Working closely with clients to create strong concepts.
  • Maintaining awareness of relevant trending topics and news.
  • Ensuring consistency and quality across all written content.
  • Posting and scheduling all content and keeping the content and cultural calendar up to date.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience writing for digital.
  • Comfortable creating content with SEO in mind.
  • Ability to strategize from a long-term perspective.
  • Good understanding of analytics.
  • Up-to-date with trends and platform knowledge.
  • Understanding of the digital landscape.
  • Proactive follow-up skills.
  • Experience in the beauty/personal care space.
  • Creative vision for the brand.
  • Flawless written English.
  • Passion for digital change and innovation.
  • Good communication skills.
