OLIVER, established in 2004, specializes in creating in-house agencies for brands. They are seeking a Freelance Designer to collaborate with their client in Mumbai. The Designer will contribute to developing content and digital media campaigns, focusing on sustainability and brand purpose. The role involves producing designs for websites, e-commerce, and social media, from concept to execution. The Designer will pitch creative solutions, manage file preparation, and maintain strong client relationships.

• Producing designs for websites, e-commerce pages, and social media channels.
• Managing the full design lifecycle from concept to execution.
• Developing an understanding of target audiences and marketing strategies.
• Pitching creative solutions in response to marketing strategies.
• Overseeing the preparation of finished files.

• 2+ years of expertise in beauty and BPC brands.
• Deep affinity with layout, typography, and idea-generation.
• Ability to take ownership of projects from concept to completion.
• Consistent record of delivering design projects within deadlines.
• Excellent Adobe CS skills.
• On and Offline design experience with an emphasis on Digital.
• Retouching experience and skills to mid-level.
• Experience in creating in-house content.
