Senior Designer

Job Description

OLIVER, a part of The Brandtech Group, is seeking a Senior Designer to join their team in Mumbai, India. This is a freelance role for 3 months. The Senior Designer will collaborate with the client to develop stunning and effective content and digital media campaigns. The ideal candidate will be a digitally focused designer with a strong understanding of beauty and BPC, capable of taking design projects from brief to completion.Role involves:

• Producing innovative designs for websites, e-commerce pages, and social media channels.
• Managing the full design lifecycle from concept to execution.
• Developing a deep understanding of target audiences and marketing strategies.
• Pitching creative solutions in response to marketing strategies.
• Overseeing the preparation of finished files.

Requirements:

• Conceptually minded with a portfolio demonstrating understanding of the Beauty & Personal Care category.
• Developed creative process for generating ideas.
• Understanding of basic layouts across channels.
• Passion for making a mark and proactively seeking opportunities.
• Ability to take and action direction.
• Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop).
• Keen participation in the creative department.
• Passion for and inquisitive about AI and new technologies.
