Job Description
OLIVER, as part of The Brandtech Group, is seeking a Marketing Manager to drive awareness and adoption of Google for Education tools in India. This role involves creating and executing marketing campaigns, managing partnerships, and delivering impactful narratives. The Marketing Manager will work with public and private sector educators, school leaders, and decision-makers to promote Google for Education solutions.
  • Create awareness, product understanding and drive demand generation through focused campaigns (online and offline).
  • Lead performance campaigns with OEM, Resellers and Distribution partners.
  • Independently run market research and identify actionable user insights.
  • Deliver impact narratives by developing success stories, localized assets, impact reports and managing events.
  • Identify, prioritize and work with a varied set of partners including governments, educational institutions to enable awareness and capabilities.
  • Develop strategy, create content, review performance and enable end to end implementation.
  • Measure impact and share overview with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • MBA degree and 6+ years of experience in brand marketing, partner marketing and project management
  • Experience managing projects through the complete life cycle with attention to detail
  • Ability to source and create strong impact stories from users
  • Excellent event management capabilities
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills and impeccable business judgment independently
  • Understanding and knowledge of AI tools is beneficial, but ability to learn and digest benefits and features of AI tools is critical.
