dna, a fast-growing agency, is seeking an Account Director, Client Experience to serve as a senior counselor to their clients. The Account Director will develop and execute strategic integrated communications programs, drive overall strategy, and advise healthcare clients and account teams on new initiatives. The ideal candidate is a conceptual thinker with exceptional organizational and prioritization skills.

Role Involves:

  • Managing account team implementation of programs
  • Collaborating with the team for project execution
  • Leading project management initiatives
  • Managing event and activation logistics
  • Assisting in financial management for clients
  • Identifying training and development needs of junior staff

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • 6+ years client services experience in healthcare communications
  • Understanding of integrated agency teams
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and programs
  • Comfortable managing $2M+ in client business
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills
  • Full understanding of marketing communications and regulations of the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry
  • Ability to promote a culture of collaboration and teamwork
