Thumbtack is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join their Service & Support Team. This role is crucial in bringing Thumbtack's mission to life by providing excellent customer service and fostering customer loyalty. The Customer Success Specialist will handle customer requests through various channels, addressing their needs and resolving service inquiries.
Responsibilities: - Build strong relationships with customers by actively listening and offering tailored solutions.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls daily, addressing customer inquiries with empathy and effective problem-solving skills.
- Stay updated on Thumbtack’s offerings and industry best practices to provide accurate advice.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell services and communicate trends for revenue growth.
- Engage customers through timely follow-ups via SMS or email to ensure satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics, including revenue, quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in team training and peer coaching to foster continuous improvement.
Requirements: - At least 1–2 years of customer service experience, with a minimum of 6 months of upselling or cross-selling exposure.
- Proven experience in high-volume sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
- English proficiency.
- Collaborative attitude to share techniques and success with the team.
- Prospecting and Pipeline Management experience.
