Job Description
LivePerson is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant - Partner to drive strategic engagements and serve as a thought leader within the industry and its partner network. This role is a hybrid between a Solutions Consultant and a Sales Engineer, focusing on architectural design, technical strategy, enablement, and sales execution. The Senior Solutions Consultant will partner closely with Solution Consultants, Sales Executives, Sales Leaders, Account Managers, and Professional Services teams to influence and secure strategic accounts and business initiatives.
The Senior Solutions Consultant will contribute to achieving the North American regional revenue target and may require travel to support strategic engagements.
Responsibilities:
- Architect and deliver demonstrations of LivePerson’s core platforms, integrating key partner technologies.
- Collaborate with sales teams to strategize on winning opportunities and architect innovative solutions.
- Provide technical expertise across LivePerson’s product suite to internal teams and customers.
- Conduct competitive intelligence and provide insights to strengthen positioning.
- Lead proposal development and mentor junior team members in Solution Consulting.
- Support education and enablement of partner networks, sales teams, and delivery teams.
- Engage with executives and C-level stakeholders, influencing product strategy and driving cross-regional initiatives.
- Provide deep insights into the competitive landscape, guiding solution positioning and differentiation.
- Spearhead business and technical architecture strategies, contributing to product development and overall solution strategy.
- Work closely with LivePerson’s partners network to support them across the sales cycle.
- Learn the latest and greatest products and solutions from our partners network and evangelize LivePerson on them.
Requirements:
- 5-7+ years in Solution Consulting, Pre-Sales Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience engaging in practice build and activation with strategic ecosystem partners.
- Expertise in web technologies, martech, mobile apps, contact centers, voice solutions, and AI-driven technologies.
- Proficiency in IVR technologies, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, API concepts, and UML diagramming.
- Experience with Agile development workflows and Conversational AI platforms.
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, with GCP or AWS certification being a plus.
- A BA or BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, AI, or related fields.
- Exceptional public speaking and written communication abilities.
- Visionary thinking, high emotional intelligence (EQ), cross-functional collaboration, and strong executive presence.
- Strong general tech acumen and familiarity with emerging tech trends.
