Too Good To Go, a B Corp certified company, is seeking a Key Account Manager to join their team in the Netherlands. This role involves building strong relationships with retail partners and developing growth initiatives to combat food waste. The Key Account Manager will report to the Key Account Retail Lead and work closely with a Key Account Executive. They will manage a portfolio of large and mid-sized partners, focusing on optimizing partnerships and improving the in-store experience.
Role involves: - Full ownership of client portfolio.
- Translating operational store knowledge into strategic discussions.
- Building and strengthening relationships with partners.
- Proactively visiting stores to understand challenges.
- Developing business cases and annual plans.
- Taking a data-driven approach to launching new initiatives.
- Monitoring progress against KPIs and adjusting strategies.
- Supporting partners in working effectively with Too Good To Go.
- Sharing best practices with the team.
- Collaborating with Growth and Sales teams.
