Job Description
Too Good To Go is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist - Sales to join their team in New York City. This role focuses on supporting the company's growth by managing end-to-end recruitment processes for Sales and Key Accounts. The ideal candidate will be passionate, organized, and skilled in identifying and engaging with potential candidates.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes within Sales and Key Accounts.
  • Proactively source and screen suitable candidates.
  • Provide guidance and support to Hiring Managers.
  • Partner internally to create job adverts.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of referrals.
  • Contribute to data sharing via analytical reports.
  • Build influential relationships both internally and externally.
  • Hire at speed without sacrificing values and candidate experience.

Requirements:
  • Proven success in managing high-volume recruitment within Sales/Commercial roles OR experience in a high volume sales environment.
  • Hands-on experience with direct sourcing.
  • Deep care for inclusiveness and diversity in hiring.
  • Awareness of data-driven environments and KPIs.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Greenhouse knowledge is a plus.
  • Autonomous work style.
  • A natural people-person.
  • Additional language skills are a strong advantage.
