Job Description
Melio is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to play a key role in shaping and driving its analytics data pipelines and solutions. The candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to design, develop, and optimize scalable, high-performance data analytics infrastructures. This role ensures data is accurate, timely, and actionable for critical decision-making.
Role involves:
- Leading the design and implementation of scalable data pipelines.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose solutions.
- Writing and optimizing ETL processes.
- Designing analytics-focused data modeling solutions.
- Troubleshooting data issues and improving system reliability.
- Sharing knowledge and mentoring team members.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role.
- Expertise in SQL and proficiency in Python.
- Experience designing and implementing analytics-focused data models and warehouses.
- Hands-on experience with data pipelines and ETL/ELT frameworks.
- Strong experience with cloud data services.
